All of our buildings are completely customizable. We have a standard placement for doors and windows, but if you would like an additional door, window, roll-up, etc., we can easily accommodate. We can add or take away just about anything you would want, as long as it doesn't compromise the integrity of the building.

* Five year warranty
* FREE delivery within 80 km (50 miles) and FREE set-up. $130 permit fee applicable on 14' wide buildings.
* 30-year metal roof, several colours to choose from
* 2" x 6" floor joists (instead of the common 2" x 4") set into notched 4" x 6" treated ground skids for added building stability.
* 5/8" tongue-and-groove floors & 5/8" LP Smartside® siding (Metal siding is an option on all of our buildings.)
* 3/4" tongue-and-groove floors in garage models
* Truss plates are used on all doors & trusses for maximum durability.
* All buildings are sealed with a urethane paint, several colours to choose from
* All buildings include a diamond-plate threshold on all door openings.
* All building design drawings are drafted by licensed professional engineers for each respective territory.
